Introduction

Problem

Entrepreneurship is hard because of the schizophrenic traits it forces you to adopt.

You wake up the morning pumped up with the promise of all the progress you are going to accomplish today, trying to convince your employees, investors and clients that your product or service is the best of its kind. And you go to bed thinking that you have no idea what are you doing. If you feel like this, don’t worry, it’s common 🙂.

It is very easy to fall into the chaos of the entrepreneur’s daily life and forget to take a step back.

Take the time to reflect on your journey as a whole to realize that things are not as bad as they seem. The same is true in more practical terms. Where does your time go? Am I spending my time on what matters or am I wasting it on stuff that makes me feel good rather than moving the needle?

Scenario

One morning, you receive an invitation to a meeting from a member of the marketing team.

There is description in the event but it is quite succinct. Without much more information, how should you approach such invitations?
